Crew Leaders are the face of this organization. We are there to help our customers on what can be the most stressful day of their year… Moving Day!
We are actively looking for candidates for our Summer season. The Perks: -Get paid weekly – Hourly + TIPS. Those with relative experience start higher than those without. -Be Home Nightly – Projects come in many shapes and sizes, however, we aim to get all crews home by a decent hour. -Professional Driving experience is not required, but a Valid, Good Standing Driver license is a must.
We use Non-CDL 24′ and 26′ Straight Trucks for almost all of our projects.
We are willing to train the right person. -Flexible scheduling – We know you have a life outside of work! Part-Timers, Students, and Weekend Warriors are encouraged to apply.
This Position Involves: -Lifting up to 75lbs for extended periods of time in all types of weather and in all types of living situations (up and down stairs, elevators, tight corners, inclines, declines, etc.) -Properly loading and securing Household Goods to minimize possible damage claims.
Quality moving is the name of the game! -Accurately completing and submitting all mobile app checklists and paperwork. -All Personnel must have a Smart Phone with a data plan in place. -Adapting swiftly and calmly to any situation that may arise. -Willing and able to learn new, appropriate skills and perform when needed. -Performing other related duties as assigned or requested. -Must consent to a Background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
